Presentation to FACA Friday May 19

Minneapolis, MN — May 4, 2017 — Greg Isola is very pleased to be invited to present at the Finnish American Cultural Activities (FACA) monthly meeting on Friday, May 19, 2017 (3rd Friday of May) at 7:00p.  FACA meets at the International Institute of Minnesota, 1694 Como Ave, St Paul MN (across Como Ave from the Minnesota Fairgrounds).

Greg’s topic will be “Modern Finnish Genealogy: Updates on Important Topics and Events in 2017.”  He will review some current issues and technology regarding Finnish genealogy, discuss the upcoming Finland 100 Genealogy Forum that he is curating as part of FinnFest 2017 Minneapolis, and give some further information on the FinnFest festival generally.
